The Newark Charter School is investing in a 1:1 technology initiative for students. The
initiative is meant to improve student access to technology, student writing skills, motivation and engagement in learning, development of 21st century skills, including project development, and research and communication. It is critical that our students be technology literate as they work toward becoming college and career ready. Students will be using their devices in and out of the classroom to perform research, complete projects, submit assignments, and take assessments.
